Lithuanian born developer wins major British building award
London based building firm Plenta Effect are in the running for a national award after winning two prizes in the London region.
The South London based developers have landed two Builder of the Year awards. Plenta Effect have taken the prizes for Best Kitchen and Best Small Renovation, awarded by the Federation of Master Builders in the highly competitive London region.
Lithuanian born Laimonas Plenta, founded his company in 2010 and has gone from success to success.
The awards are client-nominated and builders are judged on their overall performance, including technical proficiency, customer communication, attention to detail, and of course the end result of the project.
Plenta Effect, which is based in Thornton Heath and has clients throughout South London, particularly Balham, Dulwich and Crystal Palace, will now go through to compete in the National Finals. The Awards ceremony will be hosted by TV presenter, producer and architect Charlie Luxton and the main address will be given by Nick Boles MP, Minister of State for Skills. The event will be held at the prestigious Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel on 18 February 2015.
