The main objective of the Lithuanian Labour Exchange is to help jobseekers to find a job according to their qualification and profession. Also we provide employers with suitable employees.
The Lithuanian Labour Exchange provides jobseekers with support to help them find and keep a job. With us our clients will receive personalised help, access to services that are tailored to their needs and appropriate training, skills development and work experience.

We help our jobseekers to get back into the workforce as soon as possible. During the first eight months of 2013, we managed to assist 133.400 persons in finding a job.

We are designed to be flexible so that our jobseekers get access to support that is tailored to their needs and circumstances. For example, if a person has recently lost his or her job, he or she can get immediate access to personalised help and career advice. If work is not possible or not immediately possible, we arrange a temporary income or suggest vocational training programs.

We provide our clients with specialised services if they experience additional barriers to employment, such as disability. Depending on the type of disadvantage, they can receive specific services, which may include counselling or rehabilitation.
